Welcome to MapsNewAir. By accessing our website at MapsNewAir.com and using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service.

2. Services Overview

MapsNewAir offers three categories of offerings: small map-based insights ("Mapping Services"), digital materials ("Information Products"), and physical items ("Physical Goods").

2.1. Mapping Services

Customized location analysis, route planning, and visual data overlays delivered via online portals or interactive reports.

2.2. Information Products

Downloadable guides, tutorials, and data sets providing best practices, case studies, and user instructions.

2.3. Physical Goods

Printed maps, atlases, and related accessories shipped to your address.

3. Payment Terms

All fees are due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards as indicated during checkout.

4. Refund and Rebooking Policy

We strive to ensure satisfaction across all offerings. Below are the specific conditions:

4.1. Mapping Services

If you cancel or request a change at least 7 days before the scheduled delivery, we will process a full reimbursement to the original payment method or offer a rebooking at no extra charge. Cancellations made within 7 days of delivery incur a 50% service charge. After delivery or access has been granted, all sales are final.

4.2. Information Products

Access to digital materials is granted immediately upon purchase. Due to the instantaneous nature of delivery, all sales for Information Products are final and non-refundable.

4.3. Physical Goods

You may request a refund within 30 days of shipment date. To qualify, items must be unused and in original packaging. Please send back the product to our office at 290 Bremner Blvd, Toronto, ON M5V 3L9, Canada. Once items are received and inspected, we will issue a reimbursement to the original payment method. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the item was defective or damaged.

5. Service Modifications and Cancellations

MapsNewAir reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice. In the event of a significant change that affects your purchase, we will notify you and offer options for rebooking or reimbursement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MapsNewAir and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential outcomes arising from use of our offerings. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid for the specific service.
